When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The service you are interested in
- Project details included in your message
If you contact us by phone, email or Instagram, we receive the information you provide through that service. Please do not send payment information, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information through the website form.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to:
- Respond to your questions and estimate request
- Discuss the project location, scope, timing and site visit
- Prepare and follow up on a requested quote
- Maintain reasonable business and project records
- Protect the website and prevent spam or misuse
We do not use estimate-form information for unrelated advertising. If we ever want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask for consent where required.
Website and form service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process technical request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. NovaCo also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which Vercel describes as cookie-free and based on anonymous, aggregated usage data.
Estimate requests are sent through FormSubmit so they can be delivered to the NovaCo email inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained by its service for 30 days. Information may also be processed by the email providers used to deliver and receive the message.
Retention and security
Copies delivered to NovaCo are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare or manage a quote, maintain required business records and resolve a concern. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask what personal information NovaCo holds about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to any legal or legitimate record-keeping requirement. You may also withdraw consent for future use.

Links to Instagram and other external websites are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
