A useful estimate should explain what will be prepared, protected and finished. NovaCo reviews the actual property so the proposed scope reflects the surfaces, access and order of work—not a generic online price.
Painting remains our core service. Drywall, flooring, trim, cabinetry, roofing, plumbing, concrete and excavation can also be reviewed when they are connected to the same property project.
